🛒 Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favourite Italian gourmet products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept payment via credit/debit card (Shopify Payments) and PayPal.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at ludo@vitalitaly.net or WhatsApp. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments (PCI DSS compliant) or PayPal. We never store your card details.

Where do you ship to?
We ship across Europe including Germany, France, UK, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, and more. Visit our Shipping Policy for the full list.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes, we do ship outside the EU! However, deliveries to countries outside the European Union (such as the USA, Canada, Australia, Middle East, etc.) are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be arranged directly with us. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability, shipping costs, and delivery times for your destination.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Express delivery takes 2–4 business days. Times may vary depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also visit our Order Tracking page or contact us directly for a live update.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping costs depend on your location and order weight. Costs are calculated at checkout. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed.

Are your products authentic Italian?
Absolutely. All our products are sourced directly from Italy by Ludovico Palomba, a registered Italian farmer and founder of Vitalitaly. We work with artisanal producers to bring you the finest Italian gourmet food.
Are the products suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
Many of our products are suitable for vegetarians and/or vegans. Please check the individual product descriptions for full ingredient and allergen information.
How should I store the products?
Storage instructions vary by product. Please refer to the label on each product. Most of our condiments and preserves should be stored in a cool, dry place and refrigerated after opening.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery. Please note that opened or perishable food products may not be eligible for return. See our full Refund & Returns Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
