Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.

The purchase contract is formed when we accept the order by dispatching the products or otherwise expressly confirming acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, shipping is unavailable, information is incorrect, fraud or misuse is suspected, or a pricing or product-information error is evident. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

We do not receive or store complete payment-card details when these are processed directly by an authorised payment provider.

Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

VitalItaly does not offer product exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, you may return an eligible product in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy and place a new order separately.

Nothing in these Terms limits the statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer rights where they apply.

Information on the website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, delivery times or availability.
