2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time via our Order Tracking page or by contacting us directly.

5. Carriers

We ship with trusted European carriers including DHL, DPD, GLS, and others depending on your location and order size.

6. Customs & Duties

For deliveries within the EU, no customs duties apply. For deliveries to the United Kingdom or Switzerland, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
