At Vitalitaly, we are committed to your satisfaction. This policy outlines your rights regarding returns and refunds in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at ludo@vitalitaly.net.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Perishable food products that have been opened or consumed
  • Products that have been personalised or customised
  • Products that have deteriorated rapidly after delivery

As our products are premium artisanal food items, we assess each return request individually.

3. How to Return a Product

  1. Contact us at ludo@vitalitaly.net within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide return instructions and the return address
  4. Return the product in its original, unopened packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Full refund of the product price
  • Standard outbound shipping costs refunded (if applicable)
  • Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
