VitalItaly Loyalty Programme — Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Membership is free and available to individuals aged 18 years or older.
  • Only one Loyalty Account may be held per person.
  • VitalItaly reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at its discretion.

2. Welcome Credit

  • The €20 Welcome Credit is automatically redeemed on the first qualifying purchase.
  • The Welcome Credit has no cash value; cannot be transferred; cannot be exchanged for cash; cannot be combined with the 10% Member Discount.

3. Member Discount

  • The 10% Member Discount applies to qualifying orders exceeding €125.
  • Cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
  • May be excluded from selected products or special promotions.

4. Reward Points

  • Members receive 10 Reward Points for every completed and paid qualifying order.
  • Points are awarded only after payment confirmation.
  • Points have no monetary value; are non-transferable; cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
  • Returned, cancelled or refunded orders may result in the deduction of previously awarded points.

5. Reward Redemption

  • Points may be redeemed for vouchers and rewards offered by VitalItaly.
  • Points remain valid for 24 months from the date earned. Expired points cannot be reinstated.
  • Reward vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Special Occasion Rewards

  • Members may redeem points during: their birthday month; a loved one’s birthday; their wedding anniversary; Christmas promotions announced by VitalItaly.
  • Additional seasonal campaigns may be offered at VitalItaly’s discretion.

7. Annual Prize Draw

  • An annual Prize Draw takes place on 31 December.
  • Members may enter by redeeming eligible points.
  • The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours.
  • The prize (€50 Gift Card) has no cash value and cannot be transferred.

8. Programme Changes

  • VitalItaly reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Loyalty Programme, reward structure, redemption values or eligibility criteria at any time.
  • Reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • VitalItaly shall not be liable for: technical interruptions; website downtime; loss of points resulting from incorrect customer information; events beyond its reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

  • This Loyalty Programme is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
  • Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in the customer’s country of residence, such rights remain unaffected.

11. Privacy Notice (GDPR)

VitalItaly processes personal data exclusively for the administration of the Loyalty Programme and related member benefits.

Data collected may include: First Name and Last Name, Address, Email Address, Date of Birth, WhatsApp Number, Purchase History, Loyalty Account Activity.

Processing is based on:

  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — contract performance
  • Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest

Personal data is never sold to third parties. Members may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing at any time.
