These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vitalitaly website (vitalitaly.net) and the purchase of products from our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Vitalitaly is operated by Ludovico Palomba, a registered Italian farmer and founder of Vitalitaly, offering premium Italian gourmet food products across Europe.

2. Products

All products are artisanal Italian gourmet food items. Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith and may be subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  • We accept payment via Shopify Payments (credit/debit card) and PayPal.
  • All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required by law.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued.

4. Shipping

We ship across Europe using tracked express carriers. Delivery times and costs vary by destination. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, unless the products are perishable or have been opened.

6. Liability

Vitalitaly is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control (force majeure). Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.

All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Vitalitaly and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany.
