Linguine is produced with 100% Italian semi-whole durum wheat semolina. Pasta di Canossa grows and processes the wheat in the Tenuta Cuniola pasta factory in San Martino, Ferrara, Italy.

The best wheat is selected, grown, and processed; production is at km 0. The result is a high-quality pasta.

Pasta di Canossa is a rough and porous artisanal pasta with a consistency that holds up perfectly to cooking. It is light ochre, has characteristics of bronze drawing, and is slow-dried. The particular ridges and the design of the format ensure that the pasta absorbs the sauce perfectly.
